Having lived in or around NYC for the past 7 years, Damaris is no stranger to the city – and can't imagine herself anywhere else. Strong, motivated, and hard-working, she knows there is nowhere else that has the most opportunities for her to grow and flourish in her career.

Previously in the hospitality industry as a host and manager, Damaris' outgoing personality and natural sales skills, coupled with her love for design and architecture, make her a perfect fit for real estate. Positive, trustworthy, and honest to a fault, she genuinely cares about preserving her clients' best interests. Priding herself in her independence and strong work ethic, she has the determination and resiliency needed to overcome obstacles and achieve the most ideal results for her clients.

In her free time, Damaris enjoys working out, traveling, dining out, bike riding, and spending time by the water. Recently, she has made an investment as a co-owner in her newest business venture, an Italian espresso bar located in NoMad, aptly named "Cappuccino Gino." There, she warmly welcomes both her loyal clients and prospective ones, whether it's for a business discussion or to introduce them to what she describes as "The best espresso you can savor outside of Italy."
